P&C Welcome Dinner 2013

Friday 1st February 2013

Over a hundred members of the school community celebrated the new school year at a dinner hosted by the P&C at Aesop’s Restaurant just across the road from the school.

After dinner James, the restaurateur, taught us the Zorba the Greek dance, and Mr Barker and Mr Fowler led us through the great dance classics: the Macarena, Rocky Horror’s Timewarp, Nutbush City Limits, the dance from Grease, The Twist…  It was a lot of fun; we all made new friends, and a great night was had by all.

A big thank you has to go out to our tireless President, Linda Cumines, for coming up with the idea for the night, and organising everything. Events like this really help to bond a school community who travel from all over Sydney, and beyond, to attend the school.
