The Conservatorium High School P&C Association is a dedicated and enthusiastic group of parents committed to supporting our unique school and its students. We raise funds through a levy embraced by the majority of families at the school.
We actively support the school’s renowned music program by facilitating the purchase of instruments, teaching materials, and other essential resources, as well as funding wellbeing initiatives. During concert nights, we organize dinners for the students and provide delightful suppers for their audiences.
To offer students the unique opportunity to perform solo in front of a small, supportive audience, we host special soloist concerts throughout the year.
P&C Meetings
P&C meetings are held at least once each term, generally on a Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. at Conservatorium High School.
In addition to the termly School General Meeting, the P&C team meets during the following month for a Team General Meeting, usually on the second Wednesday of that month.

- If you are still unable to join, please send a message via the P&C WhatsApp group. The group will be monitored for a limited time at the start of the meeting to assist with access issues.
Principal’s Address
The Principal is invited to address each P&C meeting, providing updates on the school, its priorities and developments, and matters of interest to the school community. This provides an opportunity for parents and carers to hear directly from the school and, where appropriate, raise questions or discuss matters affecting the school community.

Members are welcome to suggest agenda items by emailing secretary@conhighpandc.org.au.
Agenda items should be submitted in advance of the meeting so they can be considered for inclusion in the agenda. The agenda will be circulated to members prior to each meeting.

Only financial members will receive a copy of the minutes, in accordance with the P&C’s membership and governance arrangements.
Location
Meetings are generally held in Room 2039 (English Room) at Conservatorium High School.
To find the meeting room, enter through the main Conservatorium entrance (the school entrance will be closed). Do not go down the large stairs. Instead, take the first left and follow the corridor behind Verbruggen Hall to the small staircase. At the bottom, turn right and follow the corridor to the English Room.
Meeting arrangements may occasionally change, so please check the meeting notice or event calendar before attending.
