During the last couple of weeks, students from year 9 and new students in year 10 completed their Lecture Demonstrations for Stage 5 Music. I went along to two of the evening performances and found them very informative and entertaining. Each student must lecture in detail about a chosen piece of music, demonstrating bits musically and ending in a performance of the work. Parents provided light refreshments at some of the performances which made the event even more enjoyable for the players and their guests.
