Meetings

P&C meetings are typically scheduled for Tuesdays at least once per term, starting at 6:00 p.m. at Conservatorium High School. However, please refer to the notice and event calendar for the actual meeting date.

If you cannot attend in person, you can join the online meeting.

  • Click the meeting link at the scheduled time to join.
  • Please display your name in the format “First Name, Last Name” to assist with attendance and minute-taking.
  • You may join directly through your browser; a Google Meet account is not required.
  • Kindly log in 5 minutes early to allow time for any technical setup.
  • If you experience difficulty accessing the meeting, ensure you are using Google Chrome or an up-to-date web browser.
  • If you are still unable to join, please send a message via the P&C WhatsApp group, which will be monitored for a limited time at the start of the meeting to assist with access issues.

Principal’s Address

The school’s principal addresses every meeting, explaining the development of his vision for the school, and outlining achievements and disappointments encountered along the way.  He regularly consults with parents in addressing the artistic, academic, financial, or personal challenges that may arise for staff or students in the demanding educational environment of the school.

Members can email suggested agenda items to secretary@conhighpandc.org.au. The agenda will be emailed to those who have registered prior to each meeting. For details on how to become a member click see the Membership Application. Only financial members will be emailed a copy of the minutes.

Location

Meetings are held in Room 2039 at the school (the English room). To find the meeting, come in the main Conservatorium entrance (the school entrance will be closed). Do not go down the big stairs. Instead, take the first left and follow this corridor behind the Verbruggen Hall to a small staircase. At the bottom, turn right and follow the corridor along to the English room.
